Heritage Honda Parkville & Towson Service Center to receive Customer Service Experience Award & Fixed First Visit Award.

These awards are given out to dealers within the service and parts departments that maintain a high CSE score & total overall customer satisfaction for an entire year.

The Heritage Honda Parkville and Heritage Honda Towson Service Centers are the 2013 Customer service Experience Award and the 2013 Fixed First Visit Award winners. Both Honda locations' Service Departments have received the Customer Service Experience award for maintaining a high overall CSE score for the entire year. Customers will see the banners proudly displayed in both service departments showing the dedication and passion Heritage gives their customers through the highest rated service in their region. Each location also received the Fixed First Visit award for maintaining total overall customer satisfaction. These awards reinforce the hard work and attention to detail for customer's vehicles as well as their customer's overall service needs.
